The Provost's Office oversees many of the university's most important academic functions, serving audiences ranging from faculty and staff to students and campus leaders. The existing website struggled to organize this information clearly, making it difficult for visitors to find what they needed.

I led content strategy, information architecture, and stakeholder coordination for a complete site redesign. Working closely with university leadership and subject matter experts, our team created a more intuitive, user-focused experience built around plain language and clear navigation.
